He has worked as Scientist-II at Centre for Pharmaceutical Nanotechnology, Department of Pharmaceutics, NIPER, where he employed his expertise in establishing cell culture facility for anticancer studies and bioavailability studies of nano-formulations, synthetic molecules and plant isolates. He has completed his doctorate from Indian Institute of Integrative Medicine (CSIR) Jammu in the field of Study on anti cancer agents from medicinal plants.
Dr. Agrawal has done his M.Sc. Biotechnology from University of Allahabad, Allahabad. He has hands-on experience in maintenance of Mammalian cell culture, Cell based bioassays, DNA isolation techniques, Gel Electrophoresis, Use of ELISA, Confocal Microscope and flow-cytometric techniques to view mode of apoptotic cell death, animal models handling. Dr. Agrawal has published more than 20 International articles in leading peer-reviewed journals and has filed 5 patents. Dr. Agrawal has presented his work in more than 20 conferences both nationally and internationally.
Dr. Madhunika has more than 8 years of experience in the area of anticancer studies.

Earlier, she got her training as an anticancer biologist at Indian Institute of Integrative Medicine (CSIR) Jammu, where she pursued her research studies into the search of anti cancer agents from medicinal plants. She has done her M.Sc. from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar in the field of Fermentation and Microbial Technology. She has hands-on experience and expertise in maintenance of Mammalian cell culture, Cell based bioassays (proliferation, cytotoxicity, viability), Signal transduction pathways, DNA isolation techniques, Gel Electrophoresis, use of ELISA and flow-cytometric techniques, to view mode of apoptotic cell death, Fluorescene Microscopy, Scanning Electron Microscopy, etc. She is well versed in writing and reviewing manuscripts, published eight articles in leading peer-reviewed international journals and has two patents in her name.
Ms. Pallavi has done her Bachelors in Biotechnology and Masters in Microbiology (Hons.). She has expertise in Molecular biology techniques including Plant DNA isolation and hands on experience of working with experimental animal models, lab scale fermenters and techniques related to purification and bioremediation of water.
Rohit Kumar has done his Masters in Biotechnology. He has expertise in handling microbial techniques with specialized training on antibiotic resistance and sensitivity pattern of microbial cultures. He has hands of experience in serological testing for various pathological conditions. His work on Medicinal Plant Resources has been published as a review article in a reputed journal.
Mr. Sachin has done his Masters in Pharmacy (Pharmacology) with specialization in Gastric Ulceration study with an additional experience of working with various disease animals. He has expertise in Experimental animal handling, Dosing (i.p, i.v, oral) and Blood sample collection.
Ms. Kavita has done her M. Pharmacy in Pharmaceutics. She has expertise in Drug formulation and its targeted delivery in animals. She is well versed with various analytical techniques like double beam UV Spectroscopy, FTIR and HPLC. Ms. Kavita has also been trained for Quality Assurance and documentation work.

Miss. Arpna Tandon has done her M.Sc. in Microbiology. She has expertise in Microbial culture Techniques, Nucleic acids, Plasmid DNA Isolation, Biochemical Testing using various bio-molecular tools viz. Immunodiffusion, Immunoelectrophoresis, Gel Electrophoresis units(vertical and horizontal), Clinical and high speed refrigerated centrifuge.
She has done her B. Pharmacy from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra and M. Pharmacy (Quality Assurance) from Shoolini University, Solan. She has undergone training in Central Research Institute, Kasauli and Coax Bioremedies, Hisar. She has expertise in handling of analytical instruments including FTIR, UV/Visible Spectroscope, HPLC, NMR interpretation etc. and has also been trained for dossier and documentation work.
Mr. Rajnish Yadav has done his B.Sc. Biotechnology (Professional) and M.Sc. in Microbiology. He has expertise in Molecular biology and Genomics. He is well versed in characterization of microbial enzymes and identification of microbial cultures. He is also the recipient of silver merit certificate in 4th National Cyber Olympiad and has good knowledge of Visual basic and Oracle.

He has expertise in Molecular biology techniques including metagenomics, genetic manipulation, plant tissue culture and hands on experience of working with PCR, SDS-PAGE, lab scale fermenters and techniques related to Plant tissue culture.
